What would cause pain in the front right chest muscle, shoot down back of arm, top of forearm to fingers?
The front chest muscle often goes in to spasms. The pain is getting worse and unbearable. The pain has traveled from back of muscle just above elbow down to top of forearmrm midway. There is something that feels like a wire(tendon ?) from elbow to wrist that is tight on the underside of the forearm. There is also a muscle in the back that is really notted up and runs from the spine about mid back up and under the shoulder blade.

1. to be safe if this just started call a Dr just to rule out a heart problem, but what you describe happens to me sometimes, more than likely it is a nerve something that a chiropractor can fix all your bones and muscles are connected so if you back is out of line it can cause this for sure.
2. You may be having muscle spasms that are affecting the nerves that go down into your arm. Try doing some stretching exercises and see if that makes a difference. If that does not help, you may have something going on in your spine such as a herniated disc that is causing the spasms and affecting the nerves. In that case you will probably need an MRI to understand what is happening.
